Peggy Sue Richardson-Romanek

Mrs. Peggy Sue Richardson-Romanek, was born on May 27, 1961 in Chicago, IL, to the late Rufus Futrell and the late Alice Marie Ivy Richardson. She departed this life on December 26, 2023 at her home in Cherry Valley, IL. Mrs. Romanek was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Joyce Ann Richardson and a nephew Jody Orr. She is survived by two sisters Barbara Walker of Westport, TN and Carol Orr of Beaver, OH. One brother Bernie Richardson of Westport, TN. She also leaves behind nieces and nephews Bernie (Angelique) Richardson of AR, Tina Polis of CA, Ken (Kelly) Richardson of IL, Frank(Margret) Stevens of LA, Adam (Temeka) Orr of MS, , Penny Ann Williams, Sara (Michael) Laws, David (Kat) Addair, Greg (Tracey) Forrest, Joey (Windie) Richardson, Richard (Lisa) Forrest and Timothy (Christina) Forrest all of TN. Several Great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews, and double first cousins and cousins. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 6, from 10:00 AM till 2:00PM. Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery near McKenzie. Bro. Larry Joe Ivy officating.
